OBTAINING A POLICE REPORT

 

Traffic Crash Reports 

1. Come to the police department lobby from 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Sign the sworn statement required by the State of Florida, provide photo ID, pay $5 and leave with the report. 

2. Send an email request to Records@pcbfl.gov. We will email you the statement along with directions. 

3. Online through the State of Florida’s website, www.floridacrashportal.gov. (It sometimes takes a few weeks before they’re available through their website. The State of Florida charges $12.00 for this service.) 

Incident Reports 

1. Email records@pcbfl.gov and request the report by case number. 

2. Come to the police department lobby from 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri.
