The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits closed bids for the following equipment:

(2) two - 2017 blue Honda Rancher Fourtrax (model #TRX420FA2), 4X4, Liquid-cooled, EFI, Automatic with Front (#08L52-HN8-100B) & Rear (#08L52-HN8-100A) black plastic lockable storage boxes;  please include a price for (1) one unit also in case the funding becomes limited.  Also, include warranty options and cost of extended warranty options.

The Bids should include ALL fees, including shipping and handling.  Also note that bidders can submit bids on one or two of the above listed ATV model.

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time, October 25, 2016 at the City of Panama City Beach Police Department, Attn: Captain Rich McClanahan, 17115 Panama City Beach, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.
