Welcome to the City's Online Utility Bill Payment Site

Utility customers may now pay their bills online or by phone, which is the preferred method of payment.

To pay a bill online, go to Utility Billing. You will need your account number, located on your invoice, to pay. You can also set your account up for Auto Pay when you go online to ensure you are never late on a payment. Payments can also be placed over the phone with your account number by calling 888-977-8721. When using your account number for these services, please do not include any zeros that are in front of the numbers. For example, if your account number shows on your bill as 000035647-00034918, you will only enter 35647-34918.

Should you require assistance, please call the Utility Customer Service Department at (850) 233-5100, ext. 2600. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.

The City also has two drop boxes for those wishing to pay after hours. One is located on the north wall at the entrance to the Public Services Building. The other is located on the entry road off South Arnold Road behind the Tourist Development Council. Please note that payments placed in these boxes will not be processed until the next business day.

Payments may also be mailed to Panama City Beach Utilities, 116 S. Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.
