Annual Reports and Financial Statements:

Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes requires each Community Redevelopment Agency to provide an annual report by March 31 of each year to the Panama City Beach City Council, which also sits as the City of Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency. The following annual reports and financial statements for the Front Beach Road and Pier Park Community Redevelopment Areas fulfill that requirement and provide information to the public.
