The City Council meets the second and fourth Thursday of every month, except during November and December; during those months, the Council meets the second Thursday of the month only. Unless times are changed by the Council, the first meeting of the month is at 6 p.m. and the second meeting is at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Pkwy., Panama City Beach. Always check meeting times on this page.
