Plan Review/Project Submittal Requirements

All project submittals must be sent in electronic format to the Planning Department and provide the following documents:

• Plan set of signed and sealed engineered drawings
• Transmittal or cover sheet with contact information
• Completed Utility Site Plan Checklist 
• Payment for all applicable plan review fees -  determination will be made upon initial review if a hydraulic analysis is required.

* Please note that review may not commence until all documents are received and applicable fees are paid in full. To inquire on the status of project approval, please contact the Planning Department at (850) 233-5100 ext. 2234. 

Impact Fees

All impact fees are processed through the Utility Engineering Division.

For questions regarding fees, please contact (850) 233-5100, ext. 2417.  Plans for impact fees calculations may be submitted to Water and Sewer Impact Fees.  Payment of impact fees can be paid through the Utilities Billing Department located on the first floor of the Public Services Building.

Inspections

Please contact our office at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested date and time of inspection. To follow up on the status of an inspection, please call (850) 233-5100, ext. 2524.
