The Panama City Beach Administration Office is located inside City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach. Within the City Hall are offices for the Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk, Assistant to the City Manager for Finance, Director of Human Resources/Risk Management, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Civil Service, Communications Director, and City Receptionist.

The PCB City Council Chambers used for City Council, Planning Board, Parks and Recreation Board, Civil Service and other meetings, is located in the City Hall. City Hall hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
