The Panama City Beach Police Department is charged with protecting the rights for all, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, physical handicap, religion or other belief system.  Bias based profiling in traffic contacts, field contacts, and in asset and forfeiture efforts is strictly prohibited.  If  you feel you have been a victim of bias based profiling, please contact the Panama City Beach Police Department at (850) 233-5000.
