Panama City Beach is a beautiful venue with great weather which attracts millions of visitors each year. As such, the City is home to dozens of special events each year. We welcome all those who have chosen our City for your event -- whether it is a massive concert, a wine tasting or a wedding -- welcome!

In order to make it easier, we have compiled the information you will need to know regarding the special event process. Further questions can be emailed here.

Location:

Where are you planning your event? To see the Panama City Beach city limits you can use our multilayer city map. If your location is not in our City limits, it may be in unincorporated Bay County and you would need to contact the Bay County Offices. They can be reached at 850-234-8540.

Beach Bonfires:

A permit is required for a beach bonfire in Panama City Beach. Only vendors registered with the City are allowed to apply for beachside fire permits.

Weddings:

Many people choose to exchange vows on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. For weddings on the beach inside of our City limits, a permit may be required. Please visit our beach wedding information page for additional information.

Turtle Nesting Season Considerations:

Turtle Nesting Season is May 1 through October 31. During this season, additional requirements and/or restrictions may affect your event.
