Sealed Bids- GAC- City Campus Bldgs

The City of Panama City Beach and GAC Contractors, Inc., hereby solicits sealed bids for the items listed below for the new Administrative Campus Buildings:

• Division 3 - Concrete

• Division 4 - Masonry

• Division 5 - Cold Formed Metal Trusses (Only)

• Division 07 - Stucco/EIFS (Only)

• Hardie Siding and Soffit

• Division 09 – Interior Exterior Painting (Only)

• Division – 10 Interior and Exterior Signage

• Division – 14 Elevators

   

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, June 17, 2015 at the City of Panama City Beach City Hall Annex, George C. Cowgill Building, 104 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. 

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the plans and specifications for the work prepared by VBA Design, Inc., and DAG Architects, Inc., and the Bid packages prepared by GAC Contractors, Inc.,   Please contact Zach Deaton at deaton@gaccontractors.com  to receive Bid package documents for the items listed above and for any questions associated with the project.  Only sealed bids from qualified contractors will be accepted.
