BID OPENING- REPL TWO 6 TON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS,WWTP

REPLACEMENT OF TWO (2) - 6 TON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS - PANAMA CITY BEACH WWTP, FLORIDA  

The City requests sealed bids for providing labor and equipment necessary to replace Two (2) existing 6 ton capacity air conditioning systems serving the main electrical building at the City’s wastewater treatment facility located at 206 North Gulf Blvd, Panama City Beach.   

Specifications will be available on June 29, 2015 and can be obtained at the Panama City Beach WWTP Operations Building, 206 N Gulf Blvd, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413.  The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, with respect to Public Entity Crimes.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM Central Time, July 15, 2015 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 S. Arnold Road (SR 79), Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.  All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – REPLACEMENT OF TWO (2) - 6 TON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS - PANAMA CITY BEACH WWTP, FLORIDA.”  The City of Panama City Beach (“City”) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 90 days after opening. 

The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
