Emergency Ordinance 1521-E for Beach Activity Safety Standards has been revised per the Governor's Orders from yesterday. The City Council will consider this Ordinance and any other action necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare against the spread and effects of the COVID-19 at today's Special Meeting at 9 A.M.  

The City of Panama City Beach is utilizing a virtual GoToMeeting service for future City Council and other public meetings. For the Thursday, April 30 meeting, which starts at 9 a.m., any written comments on agenda or other items can be emailed to Public Information Officer Debbie Ward at dward@pcbgov.com.

Not every message/comment will be read in its entirety, but rather similar messages may be aggregated and paraphrased for submission to the Mayor and Council.

NOTE: For citizens wanting to only view or listen to the meeting, please go to the City’s website at www.pcbgov.com (Click on City Council, scroll down to City Council Meeting Live Webcast) or on the City’s Facebook page at City of Panama City Beach-Government. 

If you want to comment by audio, this can only be done via GoToMeeting. Comments will be conveyed to the Council at the discretion of the PIO.
