The unveiling ceremony is planned for Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 11 AM at Beach Access 22 (8523 Surf Drive, Panama City Beach, FL). 

The City of Panama City Beach, in partnership with Bay County, the Rotary Club of Panama City Beach, and the Rotary Club of Panama City, invites the public to attend the official unveiling of their new publicly accessible beach rescue tubes.
