Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Central Time,  August 3, 2016 at City of Panama City Beach City Hall, 110 South Arnold Road  Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter. All Bids shall be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Panama City Beach – “STREET RESURFACING PROJECT – FY 2016”.  

This project includes the resurfacing of Cobb Road, a portion of Clara Avenue, Young Street, reclaiming and resurfacing a portion of Fairway Boulevard, Eagle Drive, and intersection of Woodtrail Drive and Sandalwood Lane. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.  All Bidders shall be Florida Department of Transportation prequalified and must provide proof of prequalification prior to Notice of Award.
