NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER PLAT APPROVAL
Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, that, having received an application from SOUTHERN COASTAL HOMES, INC. it intends to consider the approval of a final subdivision plat for TAPESTRY PARK PHASE III which proposed subdivision is located West of Lyndell Lane and north of Hutchison Beach Blvd. The City will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing to consider the plat at the City Council’s meeting to be conducted at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
The meeting will be held at City Hall with the reminder that capacity of the Council Chambers will be limited, and persons attending are encouraged to follow appropriate social distancing and safety guidelines. The live meeting will be livestreamed on pcbfl.gov.
A copy of the proposed plat may be inspected on the City’s website. Further information on this item may be obtained from Kelly Jenkins, City Engineer, by calling 850-233-5100.
Any appeal of the City Council’s decision may be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Bay County, Florida. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
