Front Beach Road CRA Segment 4.1 includes the section of Front Beach Road from Lullwater Drive, where Segment 3 ends, to Hills Road and includes Powell Adams Road. This segment is expected to transition from design to construction in May or June 2023.

Project Status

• Design, plan and right-of-way phases are all complete. 
• Project expected to start construction phase in fall 2024, alongside Segment 4.2.
