Ages and Division Information

Division 1: 5 to 6 years old (as of February 15,2025) 

Division 2: 7 to 8 years old (as of February 15,2025) 

Division 3: 9 to 11 years old (as of February 15,2025) 

Division 4: 12-14 years old (as of February 15,2025) 

League Information

• Teams: One practice per week, guaranteed 8 game season.
• Practices: Begin the week of 11/11/2024.
• Games: Begin on 12/6/2024. Games will be played on Friday & Saturdays.
• Siblings: Must live in the same household or will be drafted individually. Siblings who do not participate in the mandatory evaluations will be drafted individually. Birth Certificates may be required.
• Special Requests: Will not be honored.
• Important Dates: There will be no practice or games during the following dates:

Week of Thanksgiving-11/25/2024 to 12/1/2024.

Weeks of Christmas/New years-12/23/2024 to 1/5/2024.

Mandatory League Evaluations:

Division 1/Ages 5-6: Does not have evaluations and will be contacted by their coach by Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Division 2/Ages 7-8: Wednesday, October 30, 2024 @ 6p.m. for last names A-L, 6:15 for last names M-Z.

Division 3/Ages 9-11: Tuesday, October 29, 2024 @ 6p.m. for last names A-L, 6:15 for last names M-Z.

Division 4/Ages 12-14: Monday, October 28, 2024 @ 6p.m. for last names A-L, 6:15 for last names M-Z.

Background Application Process

Step 1: APPLICATION PACKET Select the correct application from the following list and fill it out. 

• Coaches: Adult Coach Application & Background Check Consent Form

• Under 18 Coaches: Coach Application & Under 18 Parent/ Waiver Application

• Athletic Officials: Officiating Rates, Contract, W9, Background Check Consent Form

• Under 18 Athletic Officials: Officiating Rates, Contract, W9, Under 18 Parent Permission/ Waiver Application

After filling out the form, save and email the paperwork to Erin Conley (please do not submit pictures of the application). This crucial step must be finished and sent to Parks & Recreation via email or in person before proceeding.

Step 2: ONLINE PORTION Click on the Link to the online portion of the Background check. CLICK HERE

*Your online portion will not be process by Parks & Recreation staff until step one has been completed and received. 

Step 3: APPROAL PROCESS Approvals can take 5-7 business days, and the applicant will be contacted once they are approved through the Parks & Recreation Department. 

• Please email Erin Conley a headshot with your first and last name in the Subject Line if you are new to coaching. All coaches are required to wear this badge on game day fields and during practice.

Approved Background checks through NCSI IS NOT THE FINAL APPROVAL. Parks and Recreation has their Final Approval based on department needs.

** Background Check Frequency: Athletic Volunteer Coaches and Officiating Background Checks are conducted semi-annually in the Fall and Spring. Fall background checks are good August 1 - December 31. Spring background checks are good January 1 - May 31. All Independent Contractor Background Checks are conducted annually at the start of your program for the current year and expire December 31.
