• The cost per student is $5 per class or students can purchase a 10 visit punch card for $30.
• Students must pay $5 or have a punch card prior to entering class. There will be no exceptions for non-payment.
• Payments for classes and punch cards are to be made to Parks and Recreation.
• There is an Annual Association Fee due at sign up for basic and advanced classes. This fee is paid to the instructor/sensei.
• Annual Association Fees for basic and advanced classes: $50 for one person, $75 for a two-person family, $95 for a three-person family, and $110 for a four-person family.
• All uniforms and mouth pieces must be purchased from the instructor/sensei.
• All students are required to complete a registration form and waiver prior to starting classes.
