Volunteer Buddies Needed!
To help athletes, we use a "buddy" system, pairing players with peers who can help them to bat, to field balls, and to go around the bases if needed. A Buddy's role also includes cheering for the players and encouraging them. We also need Buddies who can help to operate the score board and Buddies who are talented at pitching and catching. If you are interested in being a buddy at our games, we would love to have your help!
We will provide one Buddy shirt to wear during all games and ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to game time to check in, to get acquainted with players, and to participate in a pre-game meeting. Please also provide us with an accurate email address to that we can keep you informed of any changes to our game schedules.
If you would like to be a Buddy, please call PCB Parks & Recreation Department at (850) 233-5045 or email Tori Carder
