Design consists of a 6’ wide concrete sidewalk on the east side of Alf Coleman Road from PCB Pkwy right of way to Dr. Hale Drive (approximately 0.55 miles). It is the intent to have the sidewalk as far from Alf Coleman Road travel lanes where possible. Drainage will be maintained with the goal of the sidewalk to be usable during rainy periods and to maintain existing drainage patterns and prevent ponding on the sidewalk. Compliance with ADA requirements for grade, cross slope, curb ramp detectable warnings, hand railing, and drainage inlet grates. Utilities coordination and relocation as necessary. Signing and Pavement Markings as warranted for the sidewalk.
